I use a variety of high-quality, eco-friendly materials in my products. My felt ornaments are made from durable, wool-blend felt, while my wooden items and jewelry are crafted from A++ plywood sheets. The stickers are printed on high-quality paper with strong adhesive backing, and my bookmarks are laminated for extra durability.

How do I care for my handmade felt ornaments?

To keep your felt ornaments looking their best, store them in a cool, dry place when not in use. If they become dusty, you can gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid exposing them to moisture to maintain their shape and color.

Are my products eco-friendly?

Yes! Sustainability is a key focus at Grab a Coffee. I am buying my wool-felt fabrics directly from local factory. My packaging is also environmentally conscious, utilizing recyclable or biodegradable materials whenever possible.

Do you offer custom orders?

Whether you're looking for a specific design for your felt ornaments, wooden jewelry, or stationery, feel free to reach out, and I’ll be happy to discuss how I can bring your vision to life. Also, let me know if you need a name or year embroidered to an ornament, or engraved to a wooden item.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since each item is handmade with care, processing times can vary. Typically, it takes about 3–5 business days to prepare an order before shipping. I do my best to ensure your items are sent out as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality. Shipping times depend on your location, and I provide tracking information once your order is on its way. With standard shipping, it is usually arrives within 5-8 working days (anywhere).

What if my order arrives damaged?

I carefully package each order to ensure it arrives safely, but if your item does arrive damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I’ll work with you to find a solution, whether it’s a replacement or a refund.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
